Queens Presbyterian English Ministry

QPEM (Queens Presbyterian English Ministry) exists as a ministry functioning within the greater church of KAPCQ serving to further God's kingdom by ministering to any and all people who would hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ taught and preached. As a Christian church, we profess and affirm the basic truths as expressed in the Apostle's Creed. We believe in Jesus Christ, being fully man and fully God, and yet one Savior, is the only Savior for sinners. As a Reformed Presbyterian Church, we firmly adhere to the Reformed and Calvinistic teachings as found in the Holy Scriptures. We are committed to the principle of sola scriptura, believing that God's Word is certainly the only rule of faith and practice (2 Timothy 3:16,17). We also affirm the Biblical doctrines of total depravity, unconditional election, particular redemption, irresistable grace, and the perseverance of the saints, though this is understood not to be the full content of Biblical Christian truth. We believe that we are a part of that universal covenental community of which the Scriptures describe and agree that this community is justified by faith alone.

As QPEM, we seek to proclaim life in Christ as revealed to us in God's Holy Scriptures. As God's revealed history of redemption, from Genesis to Revelation, we see the Triune God's self-disclosure of Himself to sinful man in order that we may experience new life in Christ our Lord. As a congregation of men, women, and children in Christ, we seek to be a family of God that actively and concretely seeks to welcome whole-heartedly any and all those outside of our family and outside of Christ to enter into new life and to share in our fellowship.
